Our pay plan is commission based, with performance bonuses and also includes a base minimum salary guarantee. ​Sales Professionals can expect to make $65k to $150k per year.

Lube Technician

Idaho's highest rated Google Reviewed Toyota Dealership is looking to hire Lube Technicians to maintain and service vehicles. The Lube Technician's responsibilities include preparing detailed vehicle service reports, replacing vehicle wiper blades and car batteries, and changing motor oil as well as transmission and brake fluid as needed. You should also be able to keep vehicle interiors clean while performing maintenance and servicing tasks.


To be successful as a Lube Technician, you should have mechanical skills and adhere to all safety procedures and practices. Ultimately, an outstanding lube technician should be able to demonstrate excellent time management skills.

Wills Toyota is seeking a Service Department Business Development Receptionist to join the highest rated Google Reviewed Toyota Dealership in Idaho. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner on the phone
- Answer phone calls promptly, schedule service, and direct calls to appropriate employees
- Manage an email inbox
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, Excel spreadsheets, and data entry
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies

Skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications
- Experience as a personal assistant is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Ability to computerize information accurately
